• Discounts offered for multiple night bookings
• Return guests who stay for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights receive a 10% discount on their accommodation
• Standby Rate available
• Children by arrangement - AUD $100 per bedroom (not suitable for very young children).

Policies

• Agua Tranquila caters for a maximum of 4 people in 2 queen-sized rooms. To ensure guests’ privacy, only 1 booking is taken at a time. If 1 couple chooses to stay with us they will have the Guest Wing to themselves (choice of 1 bedroom only).
• Guests who choose to swim, canoe or fish from our beach do so at their own risk.
• We take Cash or EFT.
• Agua Tranquila B&B has a ‘No-Indoor Smoking’ policy
• Check-in is from 2.00 pm
• Check-out is by 10.30 am (both are variable by arrangement)

Terms & Conditions

Domestic Bookings

• Deposit is either 1 night or 25% of total booking (whichever is the greater) to confirm each reservation, with the balance payable on arrival.

• Deposits are not refundable – but are transferable to another date within the next 12 months.

Overseas Bookings

• Deposit on advance bookings is either 1 night or 50% of total booking (whichever is the greater) to confirm each reservation, with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.

• Deposit is non-refundable unless a minimum of 30 days cancellation notice is given.

• If less than 30 days cancellation notice is given, the full room rate may be charged - unless another booking is taken.

Note:

• All refunds are subject to non-refundable portion if insufficient notice is given.

• Guests who do not arrive will be charged in full (including any pre-ordered meals/tours).

• Full charges will apply for any malicious damage or theft.
